Designed for early childhood classrooms, these clapstick ochre packs support meaningful First Nations acknowledgement through shared, hands‑on learning.

Children work together using Tasmanian oak clapsticks made for small hands, encouraging cooperation, rhythm and connection. Natural earth ochres are mixed with water and used to press fingerprints onto the sticks, creating a personal and respectful link to Country.

As the natural pigments gently return to the earth over time, the activity reinforces respect, sustainability and ongoing cultural connection, making acknowledgement a lived classroom practice rather than a one‑off moment.
