Opportunity for you to provide meaningful cultural immersions activities with your group, gathering or organisation.  nature using sound, wood and ochre for grounding connections, whilst engaging in First Nations Cultural Connection..

Each session runs for one hour and includes:

• Coming together in a grounding circle
• Sound rebalance with clapstix and crystal bowl sound
• We share relaxation with an inner heart guided journey.
• wearing ochres connecting us to Mother Earth, respecting and acknowledging Traditional Owners of Country and our responsibility to help care for our home. 
• A nature art creation activity each session
• Relating to session Topic, Highlight or focus of the day
